This privacy policy explains how Rayon Games MB ("Rayon Games", "we", "us") processes personal data when you use rayon.lt (the "Site"). It is written to meet the transparency requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Site is operated by Rayon Games MB, a company registered in Vilnius, Lithuania. Rayon Games is the data controller for the personal data processed through the Site.
The Site is a studio portfolio. It does not use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking technologies, and it contains no forms that collect personal data.
We process personal data only in these limited cases:
We process personal data under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and keeping the Site secure - and, for job applications, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, which covers steps taken at your request before entering into an employment or contractor relationship.
We use the data described above only to respond to your messages, to evaluate applications, and to operate and secure the Site.
We do not use your personal data for marketing, we do not build profiles, and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Correspondence is deleted no later than 24 months after the matter is closed. Application data is deleted no later than 6 months after the recruitment process ends, unless you ask us to keep it on file for future openings. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider under its standard retention schedule.
When personal data is no longer needed, we delete it.
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
The only recipients are our hosting and infrastructure providers, which process data on our behalf, under data processing terms compliant with Article 28 GDPR, strictly to operate the Site.
If our infrastructure providers process personal data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR are in place, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
You have the following rights over your personal data:
Exercising your rights is free of charge. We respond within one month. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@rayon.lt.
If you believe we have not addressed your concern adequately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The Site does not use cookies or similar technologies. There is nothing to accept, manage, or opt out of.
The Site links to other websites, including our GitHub repositories. This policy applies only to rayon.lt; when you follow a link to another website, read its privacy policy.
We keep this policy under regular review and post any updates on this page.
